Right of withdrawal

"Satisfied or Refunded" Guarantee
(Article 52 of the Consumer Code – Legislative Decree 206/2005, amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014).

Terms and conditions for withdrawal:

1. You have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products made to measure, with engravings or dedications, nor to products made to order.
3. Le return shipping costs, customs taxes, fees and charges will be at customer's charge.
4. In the case of returned from abroad, Extra EU, it is necessary to indicate “Returned goods – Failed sale” on customs declaration forms. If duties or customs charges are applied, the package will not be accepted and will be rejected. Any additional costs will be your responsibility.
5. The product must be returned in perfect condition, intact, working and in its original packaging, complete with accessories.
6. Please note that the right of withdrawal is not applicable to purchases made by companies (purchases with VAT number).

Return procedure:

1. Access the personal area "My Account“, select theOrder desired and click on “Request a return".
2. Fill out our online form.
3. You will receive an email notification when the return arrives approved, authorizing you to proceed with the return.
4. Within 14 working days from receipt of the return and once it has passed the inspection, we will make the refund using the same payment method used during the purchase. Shipping costs, credit card fees, duties and various charges are excluded.

Requirements for accepting the return:

1. Pack the product in its original packaging, which must be intact and contain all accessories included (certificates, guarantees, etc.).
2. Place the original packaging in a cardboard box to protect it during transport and to avoid any damage. If possible, use the same packaging used for the original shipment.
3. Make a traceable shipment and communicate the tracking code.

Upon receipt of the goods, we will carry out a check of the packaging. If it does not comply with rule no. 1 indicated above, we reserve the right to reject the package and send it back to the sender.
